2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

– You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your region.

– You have the authority to enter into binding agreements.

– Any content you submit does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

3. Services We Offer

  • Remove Background Service
  • E-commerce Image Editing
  • Clipping Path Service
  • Drop Shadow Service
  • Ghost Mannequin Service
  • Color Change Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

4. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of any images or materials you upload. By submitting content to us for editing:

You grant us a limited license to use, modify, and store the content solely for the purpose of providing the requested editing services.

You assure that you either own the content or have obtained proper rights or permissions to use and modify it.

5. Turnaround Times

We aim to deliver work within the timeframes discussed or displayed during checkout. Turnaround may vary based on volume, complexity, and communication responsiveness. Delays caused by factors outside our control such as technical issues, natural disasters will be communicated promptly.

6. Payments and Pricing

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.

Payments must be made in full before delivery of final files or as mentioned in the agreement. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Payoneer, and other secure payment options available on our site.

Bulk or discounts may be available upon request. Monthly payment options are available for regular customers.

7. Refund and Revision Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Revisions: Minor revisions are free within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds: Refunds may be granted in cases of significant dissatisfaction, provided you notify us within 3 days of delivery. We reserve the right to review the work before issuing refunds.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Edited images and content created by us are for your use only. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. We do not claim ownership of your photos.

We do reserve the right to showcase non-confidential before-and-after samples for portfolio or marketing purposes, but only with your permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services or website to:

– Violate any laws or regulations

– Submit images depicting illegal, hateful, or explicit content

– Interfere with third-party copyrights, trademarks, or personal rights

– Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt our services or systems

We reserve the right to reject projects that conflict with our policies or values.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care with every project, we are not liable for:

  • Any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use or misuse of our services
  • Issues arrived from user-provided content that may violate rights
  • Delays or service interruptions beyond our control

Our total liability, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
